No hidden fees. Cloud hosting, SSL certificates, and standard backups are all included in your licence fee. The only additional cost you may incur is for premium on-site training or custom development work, which is quoted separately and transparently.

We accept annual payments via bank transfer, Remita, and institutional purchase orders. For government institutions, we can provide formal quotation letters and can work within standard procurement processes including TETFUND-eligible deployments.

All plans include a structured implementation process: needs assessment, system configuration, data migration from existing systems, administrator and staff training, and 30 days of post-go-live support. Enterprise clients also receive ongoing quarterly check-ins with their dedicated account manager.
